Code of Conduct
The Little Legs Big Heart Foundation is committed to providing a safe, caring, healthy, and respectful environment for all members and guests. To uphold these values, we ask everyone to act appropriately at all times during our events. Our Code of Conduct requires positive interactions, language free of judgment, anger or vulgarities, and actions that meet or exceed a generally accepted standard of behavior. The following conduct can result in immediate suspension or termination of participation:
Physical contact with another person in an angry or threatening manner.
Angry or vulgar language, including swearing, name-calling, or shouting.
Harassment or intimidation through words, gestures, body language, or any other menacing behavior.
Theft or behavior that results in the destruction of property belonging to the Foundation, its members, guests, or event venues.
Carrying concealed weapons or devices/objects that may be used as weapons.
Using or possessing illegal substances, tobacco, or outside alcohol during Foundation events.
Any other conduct of an inappropriate, threatening, or offensive nature.
Law enforcement may be contacted when applicable or necessary.
Any official action by the Foundation does not preclude legal recourse by the event venue, individual members or guests, or outside entities.
The safety of our members and guests at our programs and events is a top priority of the Little Legs Big Heart Foundation. We reserve the right to deny access or revoke participation to anyone who violates this Code of Conduct. All participants are expected to disclose any conduct that may restrict their involvement with minors or felonies that may restrict their participation, including but not limited to being on a national sexual registry. Misrepresentations or omissions may disqualify an individual from participation. This Code of Conduct applies to all Foundation events. The board of directors or governing body of the event has the responsibility and authority to enforce the Code and its consequences.
